I just wanted to send you a note to say a huge thank you from Kevin, Lucy and I for all of the team’s help and support at Goodwood –  I know they are long days on site but I hope they all enjoyed it as much as we did!

All were incredible and special in their own way., and special special thanks to Lisa for heading up the team – she was (as always) amazing and I really had a great time working with her.

Please pass on our thanks to all – the Ford stand was THE best stand on the whole of Goodwood and what made it special was the way they all interacted with the public!

I can’t wait to work with you and the team again and lets keep in touch for that coffee!

Please would you pass on my thanks to all the team who helped us last Thursday Ronald McDonald Charity Event Batterea. They were excellent as always.  Unfortunately each year I never get a chance to say goodbye – especially to the ones leaving on the earlier shift as I am usually involved in something on the night!  All the girls were very friendly and helpful and it does help having some of the same team each year as they can let the others know what is expected of them.  Could you also pass on my thanks to Dani and Sandra, the two Supervisors, it is good having them on board looking after the girls and ensuring they have their breaks and that everything is all packed up at the end of the evening.

Thanks again for your help and I will certainly come back to you whenever I need assistance.

Please would you pass on our thanks to the whole team who worked on the RMHC event at Battersea on Thursday 20th March.  The team all did excellently and were a pleasure to work with.  Lisa sorted them all out for eating and breaks etc. and they were invaluable.  As you know we were able to increase the number of Hostesses we could have this year and it really made a difference.  It was nice to see so many familiar faces.

Please apologise to anyone I didn’t get to say thank you and goodbye to on the night.  When the ones leaving at midnight were going it was still a busy period for me and I am afraid I didn’t manage to say goodbye and thank you to some of them.  I did thank Lisa and hope she passed my thanks on to the other five girls leaving at 0130.

Brigitte and Rachel had a wedding on Saturday but your girls were exceptional and went beyond their call of duty to help out wherever needed so please pass on our thanks to them all for their help.

I would be very grateful if you would pass on my sincere thanks to all the Hostesses.  I was occupied with departures etc. and never actually got to say Goodbye and Thank You.  As usual they were all brilliant and worked very hard and were pro-active.  It is good to see the familiar faces.  It is always a tricky event when we are having to use non-professional volunteers interspersed with professional Hostesses.  However the girls rose to the challenge and we certainly could not do the event without them as we rely very much on them and their professional attitude.

All of the staff were brilliant and super enthusiastic! At Toyshop event, I’d especially like to thank Julia for her hard work and staying on top of things in the shop, along with Sebastian who was an absolute trooper in the Mr B costume. We were delighted with the enormous contribution of the team from Debra Gardner Promotions to the success of our World Travel Market stand. This is a flagship trade event for us and was made even more important this year by the launch of our new brand at the show. The girls managed our hospitality services with great professionalism. Moreover, they were most charming and thoughtful throughout the 4 days of the exhibition, and always willing to lend support in any way. DGP girls: you all worked very hard talking to customers sometimes handling difficult conversations but always managing well and being knowledgeable and friendly face of Ford. There was certainly a lot to handle on stand with public affairs, media, fleet dealers not to mention customers and you all coped brilliantly with everything thrown at you.
Data capture increased some 50% on last year – this is an excellent result and well hopefully turns many of these leads into new future business opportunities.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work at British International Motor Show in London.
Your professionalism, dedication and attention to detail played a large and important part in the success of the Ford Stand and I know I speak for our Ford client as well as myself.

Thank you for providing excellent hostesses for the Think project at the Motor Show.
The hostesses were perfect ambassadors we had many positive comments from customers and the Think team about their performance over the ten days of the show. They were very willing to engage with customers – no matter how difficult they were – and their level of enthusiasm and energy remained high throughout the duration of the event.

The tour de France indeed went very well and the staffs were part of making the event a success, enthusiastically getting up early every day. The girls I had at the QE11 were our regulars and performed professionally as usual an excellent team.

Just a short letter to thank you so much for all your teams efforts at the recent ‘Your M&S, Your service style’ event at Earls Court.
A very tight deadline meant that the event was always going to be hard work, but a fantastic attitude and commitment shown by everyone on site we managed to produce a really great production in difficult circumstances.
